As most of you are aware, I subjected myself to a ridiculous diet and exercise regime earlier in the year.
As much as I don’t want to admit that exercising helped me lose a significant amount of weight, it did kind of help.
Lately though, I have noticed that my weight is slowly creeping upwards again.
Not a lot, but enough to make me contemplate restarting the daily waddle program.
I’m happy that I’ve noticed it early, but for the life of me I can’t figure out what part of my lifestyle is sabotaging my weight maintenance plan so.
